A Day in the Life

Ever thought about how it would be to spend a day in the life of a florist?

We like to think of ourselves as artists when it comes to building an arrangement of flowers for a gift or an event. There are some many types of flowers, colors and possible combinations that it can be overwhelming at times. We have to be ready to be creative at all times in order to fulfill every order and its not hard to accomplish when you are surrounded by beautiful flowers.

The tiring part of being a florist comes after we have been on our feet all day and are hands are sore from shortening stems and cutting thorns. A lot of times during the holidays we almost never leave the store because we have an abundance of orders to fill. Don’t worry though, we got the music turned up and the snacks flowing to keep us going.

We are pretty bomb at what we do, we love to make people smile and love to see an event come to life with our creations! A day in the life may not seem fabulous to some people but it’s what we love to do and we get to enjoy the sights and smell of beautiful flowers every day!
