Our favorite spring flowers

As we write this blog, its currently snowing with an inch already on the ground. While we are used to “interesting” weather here in the panhandle of Texas, it’s always a surprise when the weather man is correct.

Today’s feature is all about our favorite spring flowers. As I sit here at my desk, I’m looking at the most gorgeous tulips and peonies from our Easter florals. Even through the darkness, these florals are a constant reminder that hope blooms.

Tulips are one of our all-time favorites. Not only are they stunning in a bouquet, but we love them in a garden as well. The variety they provide is what makes them so unique. Their shape is iconic, and we love that it represents the warmth of spring.

A blog on spring florals wouldn’t be complete without a feature on Roses. Similar to tulips, the variety of colors is what makes them such a staple. We use them in nearly every bouquet we make. We consider roses to be the perfect base in any arrangement. During the spring, we love soft pinks, yellows, and of course bright pinks.

Peonies are one of the most sought after flowers in the wedding industry, and it’s no surprise as to why. Peonies create a soft pastel delicate bloom, and it’s true magic. Brides all over have peonies pinned in their Pinterest boards – for good reason. We love placing them alongside roses and tulips for a bright, fresh look.
